Starts Friday April 4th

Chocolate Chick Cake
Light chocolate cake filled with marshmallow cream & rich chocolate mousse finished with fudge frosting. Decorated with a fondant chick cutout, green buttercream grass & chocolate eggs.

Think Spring Cake
Alternating white cake, pastry cream & mixed berries finished in white fondant.  A garland design of handmade cabbage roses around the side with a bunny & a few roses on the top.

Garden Cake
Three layers of lemon buttermilk pound cake filled with lemon mascarpone mousse & fresh blueberries.  The cake is square & finished
with buttercream grass & sugar paste daisies.
