A flourless chocolate roulade filled with a thin layer of ganache & whipped cream, rolled & finished with our “to die for” fudge frosting combed to look like tree bark. Marzipan holly, sugar berries, marzipan mushrooms, gold dust & chocolate shavings round out this traditional dessert. Small and Large
