Red velvet cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting & finished with red fondant stripes & a blue fondant star. 

Celebration Cake
Layers of lemon cake, strawberry mascarpone mousse & fresh blueberries finished in vanilla butter cream with alternating red & white stripes with a white fondant ribbon down the center decorated with blue stars & finished
 with red fondant roses...   

All American cake slice
 Chocolate fudge cake filled with bittersweet chocolate mousse, toffee bits & marshmallow cream covered in red & blue fondant with white stripes on the sides & white stars on top.    

Hand Pies
Peaches & cherries baked in a flaky crust topped
with a vanilla glaze. 
 
Apple Pie  
Traditional apple pie spiced with cinnamon
& topped with crunchy streusel. 

Mixed Berry Pie
 Flaky pastry baked with a mixture of berries
