MOTHER’S DAY HAT
Silver white cake layered with chocolate truffle filling and raspberry jam.  

Covered with pastel fondant & decorated with a sugar paste flower, leaves & ribbon 

FORGET-ME-NOT CAKE
Light chocolate cake filled with white chocolate mousse and mixed berries frosted in a pale pink buttercream decorated with pastel forget-me-nots and a fondant heart cutout with Mom written on top

CAKE SLICE

Yellow cake filled with blackberry mascarpone cream & fresh berries. Finished with white fondant and colorful flowers

 MOTHER’S DAY SHORTCAKE
Three layers of vanilla sponge cake filled with sweet strawberries & pastry cream lightened with whipped cream.  Frosted in vanilla bean buttercream and topped with chocolate dipped strawberries

LEMON & ROSE CAKE
Flavorful lemon pound cake filled and finished with an old fashioned lemon buttercream.  The cake is covered with sweetened coconut and garnished with an edible rose or rose petals on the individual.    

HOLIDAY CUPCAKES
Yellow cake frosted with light pink buttercream, garnished with a pink sugar paste flower   and confetti in the shape of the breast
